Yes, it may be April 1st but I am not trying to fool you by saying that you NEED to have a CTA for each and every story, post, reel, IGTV, and TikTok you share.
A CTA or a call to action is a marketing term most commonly used to describe the action you want your audience to take from your post, story, reel, IGTV, or email.
When I am talking to clients I am encouraging them to make their CTA so strong that they are encouraging people off of the platform that they are currently on and onto their website (usually onto the booking or services page). This CTA is essentially a prompt for further action (AKA spending) to occur.
Both in your face and subliminal messages work when it comes to CTA. But I much prefer the latter. It is less aggressive and allows for your audience to decide (even though guided) on their own accord to click through to your website.
So what call to action could you use?

Think about it, all of the above create and spur on one thing - an action to occur. Incorporating the above wording within your captions will enable you to keep the storytelling alive whilst giving your audiences the opportunity to take further actions. Remember - we are wanting them to feel like this is THEIR call. They’ve chosen to do X, you’ve simply given them the option.
